This year, we extend our best wishes to our Principal, Mandi Randell, as she takes some well-deserved long service leave. Mandi’s dedication to The Academy has been instrumental in shaping our vision, fostering a learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, embrace challenges, and strive for excellence. We thank her for her unwavering leadership and wish her a wonderful year ahead.
At the same time, we are excited to welcome Renee Matheson as our Acting Principal for 2025. With over a decade of experience in executive school leadership, Renee brings a strong commitment to curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset—qualities that align closely with The Academy’s values. Her leadership philosophy focuses on seeing challenges as opportunities and ensuring students and staff thrive in a supportive, engaging environment. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on our community this year.
