Stage 4 and 5 (years 7-10) is the time to fill in all gaps and extend math and writing skills to be ready to undertake the IB, to be ready for the rigorous challenges and to be best prepared for university.
The Academy is growing from strength to strength.
In 2.5 years, our high school has achieved amazing things - from strong Naplan results, to winning the state Ethics Olympiad, coming 9th nationally in Future Problem Solving, coming 2nd in the state for this year's Year 9 da Vinci Decathlon and 10th in the state for our Year 8 team.
Since 2013, there have only been three times a team West of the Blue Mountains have placed in the top 10 at the state da Vinci Decathlon and all three have been from the Academy.

The process
Parents fill in an application form, supply all required materials and bring their child in for an interview with the Principal.
The Principal will make enrolment decisions as per Admissions Criteria.
If your child is in Years 7-9 and displays high academic achievement, the Academic Scholarship may be offered at that time.
Terms & Conditions
The Academic scholarship is for students in Years 7-9 for Terms 3 and 4 of 2021. There are only 10 places available.
Scholarships will be awarded for academic merit;
Offers for this scholarship program are at the discretion of the Principal..
Scholarship positions for this offer are not based on financial need.
Applicants must meet the Academy’s admission criteria;
Parents may apply for needs based scholarships for the 2022 school year if required.
Notice periods for withdrawal and all Conditions of Enrolment, including student and parent codes of conduct still apply.
The scholarship offer applies only to tuition. It does not cover after school clubs, computers, stationery, excursions, school camps etc. Parents will still be liable for the $100 per term of the activity levy.
By accepting this scholarship, the child must remain enrolled for 5 school terms. If the child withdraws before 5 school terms, the scholarship will be repaid to the Academy.
